We will review your complete medical history, assemble and summarize it as an official, comprehensive document. We will obtain any additional diagnostic tests which are needed to establish a definitive diagnosis.

Next, a comprehensive treatment plan will be individually constructed for you, including adequate and appropriate pain relief. You will receive a trial of intensive treatment. This trial will identify any needed modifications in your treatment regimen, and you will experience significant relief of you pain. Afterward, follow-up care in your home town will be arranged. Your home physician will be provided with a copy of all the above documentation, which will permanently safeguard him/her from drug regulatory prosecution or persecution.
